Terms of Service: The Un-Stuck Mum Experience

1. Services
Subject to receipt of payment, the services will be delivered to you as laid out on: https://theparenthoodcoach.co.uk/unstuck-mum-experience
I reserve the right to make changes to the programme which do not materially affect the nature or quality of the Programme, or that I consider desirable or appropriate in connection with the Programme.
2. Payment
Payment for the Programme shall be as described on the website at the time of making full or part-payment.
If paying up front, payment will be required by Monday 4th OCTOBER 2021.
If paying in three (3) instalments, payments will be requested and due as follows:
Payment 1: 4th October 2021
Payment 2: 1st November 2021
Payment 3: 1st December 2021
If payment is not received, your access to all programme resources may be revoked, including access to the private Facebook group until payment has been made in full.
Once purchased, this service is non-refundable (unless under exceptional circumstances)
3. One-to-one coaching calls
Every participant is entitled to ONE 1:1 coaching session, lasting 45 minutes.
It is your responsibility to schedule your 1:1 session via the booking link provided. If you need to reschedule your 1:1 session, it is your responsibility to notify me no later than 12 hours prior to the start of the scheduled session.
If you miss a scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice, that appointment may be forfeited and no funds will be returned to you for that appointment.
If you are late to the scheduled appointment, the call may still need to end at the time originally scheduled to finish.
All 1:1 sessions must take place between 6th and 10th December 2021
4. Confidentiality
The content of all coaching sessions will be treated as confidential by all Programme members. Circumstances in which disclosure may be required without consent include: if the Coach has good reason to believe you are at risk of harm or in rare cases, when records are subpoenaed by a court order.
I will comply with the General Data Protection Regulation when processing your personal information.
5. Termination
Should any issues or concerns arise, we should discuss a possible resolution in the first instance.
In exceptional circumstances, (such as inappropriate behaviour), I may terminate the Service with immediate effect or where practicable on reasonable notice. You shall pay for any Services completed up to and including the effective date of such termination.
6. Results
You are responsible for taking action and achieving the desired result. Results are not guaranteed and vary based on the level of effort and implementation by you.
You understand that coaching is not therapy and is not an appropriate substitute for therapy where this is needed.
7. Miscellaneous
I will maintain an appropriate level of Professional Indemnity Insurance cover throughout the duration of provision of the Service.
